Business Description
Prospective Company operates primarily in Texas but works in Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Primary line of business is to construct, erect, install/service all equipment, and maintain cell towers. Business was down, as most were in 2009. The conversion from 3G to 4G technology just starting and increased data transfer requirements continuing, the future looks promising. There is a strong management team in place that is willing to stay on, maintain some ownership and continue to grow the company. There are currently three Shareholders of which only one is moving towards retirement. Sellers are realistic in their expectations and are open to holding a note for a portion of this transaction.

Competitors: Has a limited number of competitors such as Baran Telecommunications, Wiretel, South Texas Cellular(now owned by Clear Shot PEG in Austin), and several other small companies.

The company is ideally poised for growth by adding additional crews. There are additional bids & available jobs; that do not meet the company’s specs. (i.e. slow pays, ect.), that the company bids high on.
Besides “new” tower construction in 2010, most of the larger carriers will begin to expand from 3G to 4G in 2010.Seller stated: To keep up with market demands, management anticipates that current telecommunications providers will continue to upgrade and enlarge their telecommunications systems and services.
