Norm Silverstein, a Florida broker and associate in the Sarasota office of Murphy Business, was the transactional broker for the seller. Previous to business brokerage, he was a vice president of three publicly-traded corporations, overseeing management, administration, finance, human resources and legal affairs.

The tanning salon was only on the market for 120 days –far less time than is typical for transactions of this type to go from initial marketing to the closing table.
