Nick has been involved with the transfers of businesses for nearly 20 years; He was a business broker years ago, became an attorney, assisted other business brokers with their transactions, and is now manages the Northern California region of Murphy business brokers.

His breadth of experience with real property as well as business transactions helps him to guide his team to success in their service to their clients. As an attorney, he has helped innumerable businesses start, merge, sell, and even close. As a real estate broker under California’s Bureau of Real Estate, he has helped with the transfer and leasing of many pieces of real property.

Nick appreciates that a business brokerage deal is a very sensitive transaction, where the dollars and cents are often just as important as the emotional connection to the owner’s pride and joy—the business they have created.
